As of March 2026, OF-PRO EOOD is formally incorporated in Bulgaria as an EU-registered defence technology company. The registration completes the legal and regulatory foundation required to deliver UAV systems to government and defence clients — inside and outside Europe.
OF-PRO EOOD is registered. The company is operational. This is not a pivot. It is not a rebrand. It is a company built from scratch around a specific operational problem: allied governments and security organisations need tactical UAV capability that does not come with Chinese hardware dependencies, foreign cloud exposure, or vendor lock-in. The market has not solved this at an accessible price point. OF-PRO exists to close that gap.
The Vigil 6 is OF-PRO's flagship tactical UAV. A field-deployable ISR quadcopter built for high-risk environments where reliability is not negotiable and data sovereignty is not optional.
The Vigil 6 is not positioned as a commercial drone with a defence skin on it. It is built to the operational requirements of units that work in denied environments, degraded conditions, and contested airspace.
OF-PRO EOOD operates under Bulgarian commercial law — inside the EU, inside EASA airspace regulation, and within NATO-aligned dual-use export frameworks. Bulgaria's EU membership provides direct access to European defence procurement frameworks and removes the political conditions that complicate procurement from US or Israeli vendors.
No ITAR restrictions. No Chinese data pipeline. No geopolitical strings.
The company was founded by Stefan Seelen — 8 years Dutch Army, three combat deployments to Afghanistan. The Vigil 6 exists because time in the field creates requirements that catalogue products do not meet. OF-PRO is the answer to that gap — built by an operator, for operators.
OF-PRO is currently engaged in active field assessments with government clients in East Africa and is building its first European defence relationships in parallel. Phase 1 assessments — four weeks on the ground, no hardware commitment — are available to qualified government and defence clients now.
If you represent a ministry, border agency, or security organisation evaluating tactical UAV capability: the conversation starts with a field assessment, not a product catalogue.
